During
the past several years, Lee and I have been able to go on an average
of two vacations a year.
The
summer of 2004 will find us taking a family trip with the Henkes
to Orlando, Florida and Disney World. We will be using our timeshares
at a resort with all the amenities. It should be a great trip.
Wish us luck.
Other
destinations include Tampa, Florida to see our
team the Green
Bay Packers play the home
team Tampa Bay Buccaneers
at Raymond James Stadium. This is usually
a late fall trip for an extended weekend. We have also made the
journey to Walt Disney World more than once, and there was even
a jaunt to Disneyland in Anaheim, California during our visit
to Las Vegas in August of 2000.
While
visiting the southwestern part of the United States we
were able to tour Hoover
Dam and the Grand
Canyon. What a vacation that was.
During
the summer of 1999, we were able, along with Deb's mom, to drive
out west and see Mount Rushmore just outside of Rapid City, South
Dakota. While out in South Dakota, we journeyed to Custer National
Park where buffalo roam free.
We
hope you enjoy the images below taken from a few of our trips.
